Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Uool.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Uool.io.
2. Description of Service
Uool.io provides an Amazon Advertising optimization platform for KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) authors and publishers. The Service includes campaign management tools, bid optimization, automation rules, performance analytics, and related features.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Amazon Account Authorization
By connecting your Amazon Advertising account to the Service, you authorize us to access your advertising data and, where applicable, make changes to your campaigns based on the automation rules you configure. You are solely responsible for the rules you set and the resulting changes to your campaigns.
5. Subscription and Payment
5.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
5.2 Paid Plans
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly. Founding Member pricing ($27/month) is available to the first 50 subscribers and is locked in for the duration of their subscription. Standard pricing is $47/month.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to violate Amazon's Terms of Service or Advertising Policies
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service outside of normal usage
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by Uool.io and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce specific advertising results. Campaign performance depends on many factors beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uool.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. This includes any damages arising from changes made to your Amazon campaigns through our automation features.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
